The EFC Level 1 Instructor Certification Course has been meticulously crafted to empower law enforcement professionals with comprehensive skills and leadership abilities. Our mission is to elevate the standard of training in combatives, defensive tactics, and use of force situations within law enforcement agencies.

The Whitestown Police Department is hosting Effective Fitness Combatives (EFC) June 1–5. This course certifies attendees as defensive tactics instructors for both stand-up and ground techniques and is approved by Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board (ILEATB).

Whitestown hosted this course two years ago and is bringing it back due to the quality of instruction. EFC offers high-level training from current and retired law enforcement officers who are experienced in jiu-jitsu and/or wrestling and serve as defensive tactics instructors.
