The workshop provides the theory, science principles, practices, formulas, and step-by-step inter/intra neurobiological roadmap to deliver results confidently. Those of us who have studied leadership and have followed Jim Collins’s “GOOD TO GREAT” built on Dr. Javidi’s Theory of MAGNUS OVEA work recognize that becoming GREAT LEADERS is a complex but rewarding journey. But what happens to leaders when they become great at what they do? Are they finished, or can they raise the bar to become MORE by excelling in their leadership, wellness, and resiliency? We are living in a rapidly changing world! As culture changes, leaders must adapt to this new dynamic. Public Safety professionals live with daily volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). The crutiny and criticism pitted against first responders today are unprecedented, creating increasing stress on them. GREAT is no longer good enough—we must build higher capacities for first responders. We need more decisive leadership, performance, well-being, and anti-fragility to maneuver the New Normal!
• If you are looking for an inspiring and motivational Leadership Foundation course to inspire your personnel across all ranks, the “GREAT TO MAGNUS” workshop will deliver!
• If you need to improve your well-being and wellness, the “GREAT TO MAGNUS” workshop is for you.
• If you wish to build more decisive leadership, performance, and psychological resilience, the “GREAT TO MAGNUS” workshop is for you.
• Suppose you desire to improve a long-lasting mental toughness and anti-fragility through neurobiological skills that enhance performance, relationships, body regulation, communication, fear modulation, emotional balance, empathy, insight, and intuition. In that case, the “GREAT TO MAGNUS” workshop is for you.
• The “GREAT TO MAGNUS” workshop will help you reduce risks and liabilities!
The great value of the workshop is based on the science and practices of human behavior. It is delivered in a format easily applicable to our daily lives to improve the leadership and well-being of each person willing to apply these principles. The workshop introduces a new theory of human behavior, “MAGNUS OVEA,” which utilizes interlinking interpersonal and intrapersonal neurobiological capacities designed to turbocharge star performance. Filled with tactical and practical tools tested with over 10,000 public safety and military operators, you can identify, relate to, and build neurobiological capacities.
• The MAGNUS OVEA workshop lays the foundation for law enforcement professionals to expand their capacity and be better equipped to handle high-pressure situations.
• The workshop benefits personnel of every rank, leading attendees on a GREAT to MAGNUS journey.
• Workshop participants will be equipped with a comprehensive arsenal of Situational, Cognitive, and Emotional tools designed to neurobiologically activate the nucleus of their leadership talents, peak performance, and deep emotional intelligence, which will foster resilience and wellness.
• During the seminar, co-instructors, retired Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agents Justin King and Gary Lawrence, will introduce Dr. Mitch Javidi’s science of MAGNUS OVEA. This theory builds on Colonel Boyd’s OODA Loop and Albert Bandura’s Theory of Social Cognition development and has been tested and validated with the United States Joint Special Operations Command.
